After years of working in customer service—from cashiering and dispatching roadside assistance to remote mortgage support during COVID—I realized I’d collected jobs, not built a career. Each role taught me something, but none offered long-term growth or stability. That changed when Boeing offered me an entry-level IT position. I couldn’t accept due to transportation challenges, but it sparked a deeper question: What do I really want to do? I explored nursing, considered staying in customer service, but nothing felt right. Then one day, while troubleshooting my own laptop—restoring the operating system using just a flash drive, an OTG cable, and my old Samsung phone—I felt something click. I wasn’t just solving a problem; I was discovering a passion. That experience led me to pursue a degree in technology. I’m now focused on building a future rooted in curiosity, resilience, and systems thinking. I’m not just chasing a job—I’m building a career I can grow with.
